The main tasks will be to assist our Summer Technical Coordinator in using technology to set up digital archives and community networks. The summer employee will participate in FACTS blog networks, especially those related to the research and development of digital archives and community networks. These networks involve families, teachers, students, parents, and seniors. Special efforts are made to include aboriginals, persons with disabilities, and newcomers to Canada and the use of French language. The employee must support the values of FACTS and their partners. Research, training and network development may take place at various sites within and outside the constituency and over the Internet. (There are 2 positions open)
To apply you need to be a full time student (ages 15-30) who is going back to school next fall (see Eligible Student Participants).
