In most cases these jobs will involve working in a team over the Internet with flexible hours and places of work. Each team will usually consist of three post secondary and two high school students as follows.
- The Team Leader and Technical Support person will monitor and supervise the work of the team daily over the Internet. Look after administration like calculating payroll and requirements of the summer job funding, and liaison with program supervisor(s).
- A Research and Development coordinator will responsible to carry out R&D activities in one or more of the following areas:
- Heritage
- Dialogue
- Information Technology
- Education
- Team Specific R&D
- A Program Coordinator to facilitate programs in schools and community groups related to the above a R&D activities.
- The two High School Students will assist with research, development and programs as required by the team.

- Proposal conversations 2010, which will lead to the development of proposals.
