Make Fix And Recycle Assistants (High School -Spruce Grove)
Hello if you are reading this you are more then likely involved in Make Fix and Recycle(M.F.R), my name is David.w. I have worked with M.F.R. for the whole summer.
First off, for this job you need patience and a good sense of humor since on any given day you might have to move a wood pile or other random and heavy objects several times. For this job it is a good idea to wear shoes that are thick at the bottom the best is steel toe shoes. In this job we moved lots of heavy objects and 70% of the time we worked in groups of two or three depending on how many people are employed.
In groups we repaired pallets and rebuilding grain storage houses .Now i will describe bosses starting with Dave, Dave is probably the first boss you will meet he is over supervisory he watches over you most of the time and tells you what to do.the other boss is Ron who is a big switch from Dave when you have Ron as a boss is that he is much more laid back and will more than likely give you lazy assignments.
Last but not least is Orville he is the working man he will tell you what he wants you to get done and more then likely disperse for a while.
