My summer job with FACTS was primarily data collections and using it for the purpose of career development. I had acquired a teaching job for the upcoming school year, FACTS allowed me the time I needed to start preparing my teaching materials. For part of my time at FACTS I was asked to perform some administrative tasks including: daily and weekly detailed checks for other employees.
My summer job with FACTS provided me with valuable opportunities to prepare for my upcoming teaching year. It gave me the time I needed to finish courses and plan that I may not have had somewhere else. It also gives people the opportunity to take on leadership positions, and gain experience working with a team.
