FACTSnet Summer 2015

FACTSnet has begun its recruiting process for the 2015 summer team. If you are interested in volunteering and/or a summer job with a FACTSnet organization, please email your resume now to factsuma@gmail.com to get updates on our process, which is as follows:

• For summer jobs you need to be eligible for Canada Summer Jobs see CSJ Eligibility 2015

• January: Applying for summer Job funding
• February - March: Recruit Students. April 15th is the deadline for summer jobs (see note).
• April/May: Hiring for the summer (we hire students as soon as we have funding which usually happens the last week of April).  and summer program for everyone , The summer program (for volunteers and summer employees) starts the first week of May.  It includes Career and Personal Development for those who are invited to participate.

NOTE:  Make sure you have checked out Why a FACTSnet Summer Job.  If you have missed a deadline, send us your resume anyway, we sometimes have positions open even in the summer or we know of other jobs  (see below).
